CONNERSVILLE, Ind. (WISH) - Outgoing Butler men's basketball coach Brad Stevens will appear in a small community's parade this weekend.
Stevens, who was hired as head coach for the Boston Celtics earlier this week, will appear in Connersville's bicentennial parade on Saturday, parade organizers said.
The parade is just one of a number of activities in Connersville to celebrate its 200th birthday. Click here for more details on the celebration.
The parade starts at 11 a.m. at 28th Street and Grand Avenue.
