I was honestly a little shocked to hear about Community's early departure from the NBC line-up this spring but it looks like my prayers have been answered!

During his appearance at the Television Critics Association's Winter Press Tour, NBC President Robert Greenblatt announced that the popular sitcom will be coming back.
"We just had to get some stuff moved around for midseason, but it's not going anywhere," Greenblatt said in an interview. "I can't say anything about next season yet, but the fact that people think it's gone... I need to fix that."

I was about to say the show and its fans (myself included) had dodged the proverbial bullet until Greenblatt's last comment about next season. While we're (yes, I'm speaking on behalf of the entire Community collective) ecstatic on the show's revival this spring, it's still unsettling to know that this could be it based on the ambiguity NBC's head honcho spoke with. If he can manage to "fix" a suitable situation for season four, then Happy New Year to all (of us Community fans)!
